Five Steps to Consent
From Idea to
Build Ready
Each step is clearly defined so you always know what is happening and what comes next.
Free Consultation
We start with a phone call or on-site visit to get a clear picture of your project, your site, and your budget. There is no cost for this initial meeting and no obligation to proceed. We want to make sure we are the right fit before anything else.
Concept Design
We develop initial plans and 3D models based on your brief. You review and give feedback, and we refine the design until it is exactly what you had in mind. This is a collaborative stage where your input shapes the outcome.
Working Drawings
Once the design is approved, we produce full working drawings that meet Auckland Council standards. These documents are detailed, thorough, and ready for consent lodgement. We leave nothing out that could cause delays later.
Consent Lodged
We lodge your building or resource consent application with Auckland Council and actively manage it through the process. If council asks questions or requests additional information, we handle it quickly so your consent does not stall.
Build Ready
Your consent is granted. You are cleared to build with full confidence that your plans are compliant and council-approved. We remain available to answer any questions your builder has during the construction phase.
