Our Story
Built on
Experience
and Integrity
Architech Designs and Modelling Services Ltd is an Auckland-based Licensed Building Practitioner company established in 2012. With over 25 years of industry experience, we specialise in residential and light commercial architectural design across Auckland and beyond.
We are Licensed Architectural Designers, not registered architects. That means we bring the same design skill and technical knowledge at a more accessible price point. From new home builds and extensions to resource consents and heritage renovations, we manage your project from concept through to consent approval.
Our clients range from first-home buyers looking to build their dream home to property investors requiring fast, compliant, and cost-effective design solutions. Whatever the scale, we treat every project with the same dedication.

What Drives Us
Our Core Values
Compliance First
Every design we produce is built around full compliance with the NZ Building Act and Auckland Council requirements. No shortcuts and no surprises.
Client Partnership
We listen before we draw. Understanding your vision, budget, and timeline is central to everything we do. You are involved at every stage.
Practical Design
Beautiful design that actually works for your site, your council, your builder, and your budget. Form and function in equal measure.
On-Time Delivery
We respect your time. Consent delays cost money, so we prepare thorough and complete applications designed to get approved first time.
Transparent Pricing
No hidden fees. You will know exactly what you are getting and what it costs before we begin. Free initial consultations, always.
Local Knowledge
Deep familiarity with Auckland Council processes, district plan rules, and local contractors means smoother and faster project delivery.
