Our Reach
Auckland Based,
New Zealand Wide
Architech Designs is based in Blockhouse Bay, Auckland. We work on-site with clients across the Auckland region and Franklin District, and provide full remote design services for clients in Waikato and throughout New Zealand.
Distance is not a barrier to great design. We use video calls, cloud-based drawings, and digital collaboration tools to deliver the same quality of service to remote clients as we do to those just down the road.
Where We Work
Our Service
Areas
We cover a wide geographic area and are always happy to discuss projects outside our usual regions.
Auckland City
Our primary service area. We cover North, South, East, and West Auckland including the CBD, suburbs, and the wider city region. From Orewa in the north to Papakura in the south, we know Auckland's council requirements inside out.
Franklin District
We regularly work with clients across the Franklin District, including Pukekohe, Waiuku, Tuakau, and surrounding rural and lifestyle blocks. We understand the specific planning rules that apply to this area.
Waikato
We work with clients in Hamilton and the surrounding Waikato region. Whether you are building a new home in Hamilton or renovating a rural property in the greater Waikato, we provide the same professional design service.
